PREFACE

It is by the Grace and Blessing of the Almighty God that the writing of this book has reached its stage of completion. I bow by head to Him for his mercy.

The present book is an attempt to provide a useful literature to Prospective teachers.

This book is prepared in accordance with the UGC curriculum. It is organized into XI UNITS. This book fully covers the courses contents of the paper entitle TEACHING & RESEARCH APTITUDE”. This book contains objective questions on all the topics in this paper. The present book is focused on Teaching and Research Aptitude.

This book has been written particularly for University Grant Commission- National Eligibility Test & Junior Research Fellowship Test. While writing this book special care has been taken to incorporate quality material. Because it is quality which matters not quantity.

जब से यह सृष्टि बनी है

जब से यह सृष्टि बनी है, तब से सुख-दुख भी मानव जीवन के साथ लगा हुआ है। सुख की हर कोई आशा करता है, लेकिन दुख से हर कोई पीछा छुड़ाना चाहता है। क्योंकि दुख-कष्ट, क्लेष, बीमारी व समस्याओं का दूसरा नाम है। न चाहते हुए भी हर इंसान के जीवन में कठिनाइयों के दौर आते रहते हैं। मैंने जब इसका विश्लेषण किया, तो पाया कि वास्तु के बदलते ही जीवनशैली में भी परिवर्तन आ जाता है। इंसान का जीवन अनेक शक्तियों से प्रभावित होता है। इसमें वास्तु एक महत्वपूर्ण शक्ति है। वास्तु विषय पांच तत्वों पर आधारित है। यह पांच तत्व, जल-अग्नि-वायु-पृथ्वी-आकाश है।

अगर हर तत्व अपनी सही जगह पर हो जाये तो मानव जीवन की परेशानियों का दौर स्वत ही समाप्त हो जाता है। वास्तु विषय का परम उद्देश्य खुशहाल एवं समृद्धिदायक मकान का निर्माण करना है। वास्तु विषय में भूगर्भीय ऊर्जा, चुंबकीय शक्ति, गुरुत्वाकर्षण बल, अंतरिक्ष से आने वाली किरणें, सूर्य रश्मियां, प्राकृतिक ऊर्जा इत्यादि का मानव जीवन पर पड़ने वाले प्रभाव का अध्ययन करके विभिन्न सिद्धांतों को प्रतिपादित किया गया है। वास्तु विज्ञान किसी भवन को निर्माण करने का एक सशक्त वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोण है। यह समस्त विश्व वास्तु के पंच तत्वों से निर्मित है। वास्तु विषय के आधार पर यह पंचतत्व, जल-अग्नि-वायु-पृथ्वी-आकाश, मानव जीवनशैली को प्रभावित करते हैं। अन्य ग्रहों की अपेक्षा पृथ्वी पर इन पंचतत्वों का प्रभाव अधिक दृष्टिगोचर होता है। यह तत्व प्रकृति में संतुलन बनाये रखते हैं। भवन निर्माण के लिये भूमि के आकार के साथ, दिशाओं के अनुसार, वास्तु के पंच-तत्वों का उचित तालमेल अति-आवश्यक होता है। हमारे आसपास के वातावरण में व्याप्त ऊर्जा शक्तियों में कई तरह की अनिष्ट ऊर्जा शक्तियां भी विद्यमान रहती हैं। इन अनिष्ट शक्तियों से बचने के लिये वास्तु विषय के पंच तत्वों के उचित संतुलन की आवश्यकता पूर्ति के लिये, वास्तु विषय पंच तत्वों के आधार पर दिशाओं के अनुसार सही निर्देश देता है।

जिस प्रकार सूर्य की किरणें अमीर-गरीब एवं किसी जाति विशेष का भेदभाव किये बिना सभी को समान रूप से प्रभावित करती है, उसी प्रकार वास्तु के पंच तत्वों का उचित संतुलन सभी को बिना किसी भेदभाव के समान रूप से प्रभावित करता हैं। यह व्यक्ति की स्वयं की इच्छा शक्ति की योग्यता पर निर्भर करता है कि वास्तु विज्ञान के इस अनमोल खजाने से वह कितना ज्ञान ग्रहण करके इसके उपयोग से लाभान्वित हो सकता है।

वराहपुराण में गीता का महिमा का बयान करते-करते भगवान ने स्वयं कहा हैः

गीताश्रयेऽहं तिष्ठामि गीता मे चोत्तमं गृहम्।

गीताज्ञानमुपाश्रित्य त्रींल्लोकान्पालयाम्यहम्।।

'मैं गीता के आश्रय में रहता हूँ। गीता मेरा श्रेष्ठ घर है। गीता के ज्ञान का सहारा लेकर ही मैं तीनों लोकों का पालन करता हूँ।'

श्रीमद् भगवदगीता केवल किसी विशेष धर्म या जाति या व्यक्ति के लिए ही नहीं, वरन् मानवमात्र के लिए उपयोगी व हितकारी है। चाहे किसी भी देश, वेश, समुदाय, संप्रदाय, जाति, वर्ण व आश्रम का व्यक्ति क्यों न हो, यदि वह इसका थोड़ा-सा भी नियमित पठन-पाठन करें तो उसे अनेक अनेक आश्चर्यजनक लाभ मिलने लगते हैं।

गीता का परम लक्ष्य है मानवमात्र का कल्याण करना। किसी भी स्थिति में इन्सान को चाहिए कि वह ईश्वर-प्राप्ति से वंचित न रह जाए क्योंकि ईश्वर की प्राप्ति ही मनुष्य जीवन का परम उद्देश्य है लेकिन भ्रमवश मनुष्य भौतिक सुख-सुविधाओं के वशीभूत होकर नाना प्रकार से अपनी इन्द्रियों को तृप्त करने के प्रयासों में उलझ जाता है और सिवाय दुःखों के उसे अन्य कुछ नहीं मिलता। भगवद् गीता इसी भ्रम-भेद को मिटाकर एक अत्यधिक सरल, सहज व सर्वोच्च दिव्य ज्ञानयुक्त पथ का प्रदर्शन करती है। गीता के अमृतवचनों का आचमन करने से मनुष्य को भोग व मोक्ष दोनों की ही प्राप्ति होती है।

हमारे चित्त में होता तो है संसार का राग और करते हैं भगवान का भजन... इसीलिए लम्बा समय लग जाता है। हम चाहते हैं उस संसार को जो कभी किसी का नहीं रहा, जो कभी किसी का तारणहार नहीं बना और जो कभी किसी के साथ नहीं चला। हम मुख मोड़ लेते हैं उस परमात्मा से जो सदा-सर्वदा-सर्वत्र सबका आत्मा बनकर बैठा है। इसीलिए भगवान कहते हैं- 'यदि तुम्हारा चित्त मुझमें आसक्त हो जाये तो मैं तुम्हें वह आत्मतत्त्व का रहस्य सुना देता हूँ।'

भारत की वैदिक सभ्यता

प्राचीन भारत की सभ्यता है जिसमें वेदों की रचना हुई ।भारतिय विद्वानो के अनुसार यह सभ्यता भारत में आज से लगभग ७००० इस्वी ईसा पूर्व शुरु हई थी,परन्तु पशचिमी विद्वानो के अनुसार आर्यों का एक समुदाय भारत मे लगभग २००० इस्वी ईसा पूर्व आया और उनके आगमन के साथ ही यह सभ्यता आरंभ हुई थी । आम तौर पर अधिकतर विद्वान वैदिक सभ्यता का काल २००० इस्वी ईसा पूर्व से ६०० इस्वी ईसा पूर्व के बीच मे मानते है,परन्तु नए पुरातत्त्व उत्खननो से मिले अवशेषों मे वैदिक सभ्यता के कई अवशेष मिले है जिससे आधुनिक विद्वान जैसे डेविड फ्राले,तेलगिरी,बी बी लाल,एस र राव,सुभाष कक,अरविन्दो यह मानने लगे है कि वैदिक सभ्यता भारत मे ही शुरु हुई थी और ऋग्वेद का रचना काल ४०००-३००० इस्वी ईसा पूर्व रहा होगा,क्योकि आर्यो के भारत मे आने का न तो कोई पुरातत्त्व उत्खननो से प्रमाण मिला है

* ऋग्वेद (इसमें देवताओं का आह्वान करने के लिये मन्त्र हैं -- यही सर्वप्रथम वेद है)(यह वेद मुख्यतः ऋषि मुनियों के लिये होता है)

* सामवेद (इसमें यज्ञ में गाने के लिये संगीतमय मन्त्र हैं)(यह वेद मुख्यतः गन्धर्व लोगो के लिये होता है)

* यजुर्वेद (इसमें यज्ञ की असल प्रक्रिया के लिये गद्य मन्त्र हैं)(यह वेद मुख्यतः क्षत्रियो के लिये होता है)

* अथर्ववेद (इसमें जादू, चमत्कार, आरोग्य, यज्ञ के लिये मन्त्र हैं)(यह वेद मुख्यतः व्यापारियो के लिये होता है)

वेदों का महत्व

* भारतीय संस्कृति के मूल वेद हैं। ये हमारे सबसे पुराने धर्म-ग्रन्थ हैं और हिन्दू धर्म का मुख्य आधार हैं।

* न केवल धार्मिक किन्तु ऐतिहासिक दृष्टि से भी वेदों का असाधारण महत्त्व है। वैदिक युग के आर्यों की संस्कृति और सभ्यता जानने का एकमात्र साधन यही है।

* मानव-जाति और विशेषतः आर्य जाति ने अपने शैशव में धर्म और समाज का किस प्रकार विकास किया इसका ज्ञान वेदों से ही मिलता है।

* विश्व के वाङ्मय में इनसे प्राचीनतम कोई पुस्तक नहीं है।

* आर्य-भाषाओं का मूलस्वरूप निर्धारित करने में वैदिक भाषा बहुत अधिक सहायक सिद्ध हुई है।

सम्प्रेषण ( Communication)

सम्प्रेषण का अर्थ है किसी विचार या सन्देश को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान पर प्रेषित करने वाले द्वारा भेजना तथा प्राप्त करने वाले द्वारा प्राप्त करना.

प्रेषण सफल तभी कहा जाता है . जब दोनों सहयोगात्मक प्रकिया मे हिसा लें.
यह एक ऐसा माध्यम है जिसमे एक व्यक्ति दूसरे को इस प्रकार प्रभावित कर सके ताकि वन्षित उद्देश्य की प्राप्ति हो सके.

सम्प्रेषण एक ऐसा माध्यम है जिसमे विचारो का अदन प्रदान होता है. जिसमे दोनों सहयोगियों मे परस्पर लाभ होता है.
